As a Network Support Analyst at Queensland Airports Limited, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our critical network infrastructure across all QAL-managed airports. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining network performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements to support our dynamic and growing operations.

How will you make an impact?
We're open to applications from recent graduates, as well as candidates with up to 1-2 years' experience in a similar role. You'll have strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to assist employees and provide basic service desk support and issue resolution.
Strong organisational and administrative skills are essential, enabling you to coordinate contractor engagement paperwork, manage competing priorities, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Key deliverables/responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Administer and maintain local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and associated systems.
- Perform regular network monitoring to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Implement and manage network security protocols to safeguard against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
