Terminal Maintenance Officer

What you’ll contribute to:
The purpose of this role is to undertake maintenance and repairs of Terminal Buildings, Airport Central Buildings, Australian Federal Police Building and Car Park Structures and associated building services infrastructure and to assist contractors to maintain specialised terminal building systems.

How will you make an impact?
We're seeking a candidate with hands-on experience in facilities or built environment maintenance. You will bring strong customer service and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
Experience maintaining commercial and/or industrial equipment is essential to this role, along with a proactive approach to ensuring assets are safe, reliable, and operating efficiently. This role will be required to cover various shifts across 7 days per week.
Key deliverables/responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Complete routine maintenance procedures & inspections on building structures and associated services
- Ensure all mechanical equipment and systems operate in a safe and efficient manner
- Undertake building and services repairs as required
- Oversee works carried out by external maintenance contractors
- Record details of all maintenance works in Asset Management System
