“My time at QAL has been amazing! It is genuinely a great place to work. The flexibility on offer makes a real difference to work-life balance, and the team culture is something I am proud to be a part of. There is a strong sense of collaboration and camaraderie within the Finance team, with colleagues who are truly invested in delivering results and supporting one another's professional development.

My own journey reflects that commitment. I joined as an Accountant, progressed into a Fixed Assets Accountant role, and was given the opportunity and support to transition into an FP&A Analyst role. It is a true reflection of QAL's investment in individual growth.”
