What you’ll contribute to:

An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and innovative Technology Operations Manager to join the QAL Technology Team.  This is a permanent, full-time role suited to a candidate with strong technical expertise in network systems and architecture, combined with proven leadership ability, experience managing competing priorities, and the capability to report effectively to senior leadership.

Toni, who joined the Company as a Technology Project Manager in 2021, shares her experience of working at QAL

“I joined the Technology team at QAL primarily because of the similarities in beliefs and values that I share with the Company. QAL’s focus on improvement and innovation is something that I naturally gravitated towards when I came across the opportunity.  As a busy working Mother, QALs support of flexible working allows me to negotiate a less rigid working arrangement. This greatly improves my work-life balance and allows me to be there for my son when it matters. My General Manager has been supportive and focused on my personal development, giving me the opportunity to learn and build on the skills and knowledge I have so that I can keep pushing the boundaries of what I can achieve.”
