How will you make an impact?
This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, highly organised and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in every task. You’ll need excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a busy team and support shared goals. Being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling important, recurring tasks over the long term is essential.
Key deliverables/responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Process supplier invoices received via AI invoice processing software, ensuring accuracy and completeness before importing into ERP system.
- Validate invoice data including supplier details, invoice amounts, GST treatment, cost centres and chart of accounts coding.
- Monitor and manage invoice exceptions generated by the AI system, resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain professional and timely communication with suppliers to resolve invoice and payment issues.
- Prepare and process bi-monthly payment runs in line with agreed schedules.
- Support timely supplier payments and compliance with Payment Times Reporting requirements.
- Perform supplier statement reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Support training and guidance for staff on AP and PO processes as required
