What you’ll contribute to:
An exciting opportunity has opened for a thoughtful and experienced FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team in a full‑time role. Reporting to the Manager of FP&A and Transformation, you’ll become part of a supportive team of dedicated finance professionals, playing an important role in delivering meaningful analysis and reporting across the QAL Group. This position is a key contributor within our Financial Planning and Analysis team, and you’ll also help guide our annual corporate planning process and ongoing reforecasting.

How will you make an impact?
The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of experience in an accounting role, paired with strong capability in Microsoft Excel. A CA or CPA qualification is essential, and a tertiary qualification in accounting or a related field will be highly regarded. Experience with Technology One is not required, though it would be a valuable addition.

We are looking for an energetic and committed individual with attention to detail, the FP&A Analyst’s key responsibilities, include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare, analyse and interpret key financial and non-financial data supporting the Finance Business Partners
- Create detailed reporting, analysing financial and non-financial data from a variety sources
- Support month end accounting and reporting processes
- Exceptional reporting on Retail Store Operations KPIs
- Propose and implement reporting improvements and new management information systems where appropriate
- Support and actively implement Finance automation, innovation and transformation plan
- Support the annual budget and periodic reforecasting processes
- Support in the preparation of presentation materials to the Board and executive management
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Take reasonable care for your health and safety
