What you’ll contribute to:
We’re looking for a thoughtful and strategic security leader who can guide Queensland Airports’ approach to cyber risk, information security, and infrastructure security. In this pivotal role, you’ll help shape and evolve our Cyber Risk & Audit practice, working closely with others to develop a holistic and empowering cyber security strategy that protects and supports our IT and OT environments.

How will you make an impact?
You’ll nurture a strong and resilient security posture that supports our people and ensures we remain aligned with key aviation and critical infrastructure regulations, including TSP and SOCI. As a trusted and collaborative partner to our executive team, you’ll help shape thoughtful security investment decisions, guide the adoption of effective security standards and controls, and empower the organisation to stay proactive and confident in the face of emerging threats.
The key accountabilities for the Cyber Risk and Infrastructure Manager role include, but are not limited to:

Oversee security for IT/OT infrastructure including network devices, firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, data centers, and cloud environments

Configure and maintain security controls across all infrastructure layers (network, server, endpoint, cloud)

Oversee security architecture for network infrastructure, servers, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and OT environments

Implement and maintain security controls including encryption, access controls, network segmentation, and endpoint detection
