What you’ll contribute to:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Technology Project Manager or Program Manager to lead the delivery of strategic and transformative technology initiatives from inception through to completion.
In this role, you will take full ownership of the full technology portfolio, overseeing and driving end-to-end project delivery while ensuring alignment with organisational strategy and technology architecture standards. You will be responsible for managing scope, cost, risk, quality, and schedule with precision across all initiatives.

Project Delivery & Architecture: Manage the full project lifecycle from inception to completion, with a strong focus on technology architecture, integration, and scalability to future-proof the organisation’s digital landscape.

Governance & Controls: Rigorously manage scope, cost, risk, quality, and schedule across all projects, applying best-practice portfolio management frameworks to ensure transparency, accountability, and optimal resource allocation.

Assessment: Lead and coordinate the evaluation of technology tenders, ensuring robust assessment of vendor proposals, alignment with strategic objectives, and value for money across the portfolio.

Regulatory Assessment: Oversee regulatory assessments to ensure all technology initiatives comply with relevant laws, standards, and industry regulations, proactively managing compliance risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively manage stakeholder relationships, interdependencies, and communications, ensuring all parties are kept informed through timely, accurate, and insightful reporting.

Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Project Managers and cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Value Realisation: Monitor and report on portfolio performance, ensuring that benefits are tracked, risks are mitigated, and outcomes are delivered in line with business objectives and architectural standards.
