What you’ll contribute to:
We’re looking for an experienced Finance Officer with solid accounts payable and receivable experience to join the QAL Finance team. This role can be worked flexibly with various options on working hours and hybrid working to support your work-life balance.
This mid-level role requires a collaborative, team-focused approach to ensure financial transactions are processed accurately and on time. If you’re resilient, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, you’ll excel managing tasks like invoice processing, account queries, daily cash receipts, executing payment runs , and handling doubtful and bad debts. Together, we work efficiently to keep all financial processes running smoothly.

You’ll need excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a busy team and support shared goals. Being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling important, recurring tasks over the long term is essential. And while we’re committed to working hard and getting the job done, we believe in having fun along the way—making each day both productive and enjoyable.
Key deliverables / responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Timely and accurate processing of payments within the Group.
- Reconcile monthly statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage cash application making sure all cash receipting is applied properly.
- Schedule and execute payment runs in line with company terms.
- Debt collection, in accordance with QAL’s Debtors policy, debts of the Group. Escalate debt collection in accordance with QAL Group debtor policy
- Handling accounts responsibilities in the absence of other team members on leave.
