Job Description

An attractive opportunity has become available for an experienced, motivated and highly organised Executive Assistant to join the QAL team and support members of our Executive Committee (Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Chief Strategy, Sustainability and People Officer (CSSPO)).

How will you make an impact?

We are looking for a true team player with a passion for providing outstanding support to our Executive Committee.  The ideal candidate will have proven success in juggling competing priorities from stakeholders, be proactive, well planned, with exemplary communication skills. Previous experience working with Executives, Government officials and senior dignitaries is essential for your success in this role.

Key deliverables/responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide high level, proactive administrative and secretarial support to the CCO, CSSPO and other members of the QAL Leadership team as required.
  • Work as a team with the other Executive Assistants to deliver a high level of support.
  • Diary and meeting management, telephone calls, management of correspondence and arranging domestic and international travel.
  • Organisation of Executive meetings, QAL Board and committee meetings and complex stakeholder events, including invitations, document preparation, and meeting / event logistics etc.
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets, monthly reports, presentations, correspondence, submissions, briefing messages, media management etc.
  • Support with purchase order and expense reconciliations ensuring compliance and timeliness.
