What you’ll contribute to:

An exciting new opportunity for a Technology Business Analyst has been created to support to needs of QAL’s ever growing business needs.

The role reports directly to the Business Technology Manager, and is responsible for undertaking the review, gap, and impact analysis of QAL’s current state and make recommendations for our future state business processes and services.

Toni Collier, who joined the Company as a Technology Project Manager in 2021, shares her experience of working at QAL

“I joined the Technology team at QAL primarily because of the similarities in beliefs and values that I share with the Company. QAL’s focus on improvement and innovation is something that I naturally gravitated towards when I came across the opportunity.  As a busy working Mother, QALs support of flexible working allows me to negotiate a less rigid working arrangement. This greatly improves my work-life balance and allows me to be there for my son when it matters. My General Manager has been supportive and focused on my personal development, giving me the opportunity to learn and build on the skills and knowledge I have so that I can keep pushing the boundaries of what I can achieve.

I feel valued and a core part of the team. They would probably say I contribute bad jokes but on a serious note, having worked all over the world, I have a vast repository of solutions and experience to draw on when faced with challenge. There are opportunities to grow and progress within the company. It’s important to me to be part of a positive culture where contributions are appreciated. While QAL is fast paced, the atmosphere is relaxed, and people are friendly.”
