What you’ll contribute to:
We have an exciting opportunity available for a motivated Finance Officer to join the QAL Finance team.
The role will act as a generalist in Finance with a focus on Accounts Payable. The Finance Officer will work in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistency and best practice is achieved and maintained across transactional activities, proactively driving the ongoing improvement of business practices and performance.

How will you make an impact?
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with previous experience in a similar role. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, great communication and a high level of computer literacy, to support your organisational skills.
You will have a strong understanding of transactional financial activities and processes and be proficient with using financial systems.
Key deliverables / responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Processing of all QAL invoices accurately and in an timely manner
- Manage accounts payable queries
- Complete monthly reconciliation of vendor statements
- Investigate invoice and purchase order variances
- Prepare and process bi monthly payment runs
- Manage and monitor AP aging
- Complete End of Month processes as required and associated reporting
